Hi all! I'm Jill, and I'm bringing in Yusuke Kitagawa, phantom thief and art nerd extraordinaire from Persona 5. (I'm happy to spoiler-dodge for folks, such as might prove necessary in a memloss situation.)
In terms of the local setting, he was raised in Liciae, but had a falling-out/crisis of faith and ditched town in favor of the Crimson Rose. He's going to be very baffled by this Sudden Art Talent business, y'all.
